Our current processing time is 10-14 business days (M-F) to make your order. After it has been made, it will get shipped and delivered via the delivery option that you choose.

Unfortunately no, you may only use one code per order. 

If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can fix it. If your package has been shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" and then we can reship it. (the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label).

Unfortunately not. It is very difficult on the back end of things for us to do this and keep track of discount codes unless they are used at the time of purchase.

Pawsome Tails is not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately, once your order is dropped off at the post office it is out of our hands. All of our packages are sent with tracking. If your package is lost, we suggest trying to contact the postal service to track down your package. If after 24 hours you still haven't received it, please feel free to email us at info@pawsometailsco.com. We can confirm on our end if it was delivered to the right address. If the address is correct, we will ask you to open a ticket with the post office to locate the package.

Yes. Keep in mind we can't control any customs or import duties that are applied to your package - the fees vary depending on the country. To prevent yourself from any surprises we recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.

Handmade Items – No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following handmade items, as they are custom-made to your specific print, size, and preferences:

- Bandanas

- Bows

- Custom Biothane collars and leashes

- Apparel

Please review our detailed sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

We accept returns on non-custom items, including:

- Rope leashes

- Leash accessories

- Harnesses

- Slow feeders

- Blankets

- Fanny packs

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and items must be:

- Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@pawsometailsco.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund.

Exchanges & Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery at info@pawsometailsco.com with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
