☼ What size should I choose?

☼ What happens if my order is lost?

Pawsome Tails is not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately, once your order is dropped off at the post office it is out of our hands. all of our packages are sent with tracking. If your package is lost, we suggest trying to contact the postal service to track down your package. We do not see any hidden information on the back end. If we track your package, we will see the same thing you see.

☼ I put the wrong shipping address.. what to do?. 

Please always double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address. 

If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can fix it. If your package has been shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" and then we can reship it. (the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label).

☼ Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately no, you may only use one code per order. 

☼ I placed an order and forgot to use a discount code - am I able to add one now?

Unfortunately not. It is very difficult on the back end of things for us to do this and keep track of discount codes unless they are used at the time of purchase.

☼ How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our current processing time is 1 week to make your order. After it has been made, it will get shipped and delivered via the delivery option that you choose.

 I purchased the wrong size, how can I return my order?

Because of our product's handmade nature, we do not accept returns. If you do have any concerns, feel free to reach out!

☼ Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Keep in mind we can't control any customs or import duties that are applied to your package - the fees vary depending on the country. To prevent yourself from any surprises we recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
