If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can fix it. If your package has been shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" and then we can reship it. (the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label).
Unfortunately not. It is very difficult on the back end of things for us to do this and keep track of discount codes unless they are used at the time of purchase.

Pawsome Tails is not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately, once your order is dropped off at the post office it is out of our hands. All of our packages are sent with tracking. If your package is lost, we suggest trying to contact the postal service to track down your package. If after 24 hours you still haven't received it, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can confirm on our end if it was delivered to the right address. If the address is correct, we will ask you to open a ticket with the post office to locate the package.
Yes. Keep in mind we can't control any customs or import duties that are applied to your package - the fees vary depending on the country. To prevent yourself from any surprises we recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Unfortunately, no. Because we make every item to order for you and your pup we do not accept returns. We recommend ensuring you measure your dogs neck size before ordering. If your item arrives damaged then please contact us via the email email@example.com.
We will only exchange an item if it arrived damaged, and all exchanges must be completed within 48 hours of you receiving your package.
