Processing Time:

Our current processing time is 7-10 business days (the shipping time is not included). We try to get orders out as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that all of our items are made by one person.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the case that it is not, email us as soon as possible so we can change it on our end before mailing it out.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver your package within the time frame. Delays may happen due to weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.

Pawsome Tails LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please fill out a missing package form request with USPSPlease check your order to make sure the order address is correct. If the address is incorrect, we are not liable for incomplete/inaccurate addresses as stated on the order, but contact us so we can watch to see if the order is returned to us. Check with your neighbors to see if it was misdelivered to the wrong address. We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking.

If there are any questions or concerns, please email us (info@pawsometailsco.com). But please note, Pawsome Tails LLC is not responsible for the lost or stolen package and they cannot be replaced.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns due to the fact that our items are handmade to your specific print and sizing needs. We provide detailed sizing charts and information under our "Size Guide" tab in the header.

 Exchange Policy:

We may exchange your items if you receive damaged products. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us (info@pawsometailsco.com) with photos and a detailed explanation. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive the item, we can process your exchange for another item.

Disclaimer:

All of our products are handmade so they may vary slightly (color, size, shape). This means all our products are unique just for you.

Make sure to monitor your pup while they are wearing any accessories! They should NOT be left alone with them. Take off the product if they seem uncomfortable or irritated. As our bandanas are meant to be tied around the neck, it poses a choking hazard.
